Shipping Instructions

1. Your order number is your shipping authorization number. Your order number can be found on the receipt you receive by email after you place your order. Important! Some email programs mistake our email address for junk email. Please add sales@mouthpieceexpress.com to your addressbook to ensure you receive our email.

3. We cannot assume responsibility for your mouthpiece until we receive it. We recommend you insure your mouthpiece and use Delivery Confirmation or Shipment Tracking when you ship it to us.
4. If you are sending screw rim mouthpieces parts for restoration or plating, we must have all parts of the mouthpiece to ensure that the parts mate properly after plating.
5. Please note that some services take longer than others. Due to high demand, allow at least 4 weeks once we receive your mouthpiece.
