Delivery Assurance

Delivery Assurance is a fixed rate service fee ($2 for the first $100 value, then $.50 per $20 thereafter) against lost or damaged packages. If you deselect this option, lost or damaged packages cannot be replaced.

Delivery Assurance Coverage is a service offered by Mouthpiece Express to assure timely delivery of the product in good working order. Delivery Assurance does not cover the cost of shipping if the items are returned to Mouthpiece Express due to incorrect shipping addresses being supplied. This is not insurance offered by the US Postal Service or any other carrier.
